Audio Components. If you have any problems opening files please read the download FAQ. Do the same on both channels so that the end result will have matched channel performance. Use high-quality audio coupling capacitors if you care about the sound quality.

There are other bypass and coupling capacitors later in the audio chain on that board and I'm considering replacing them in the future, but this got me going. Wow this deck is a pain doing adjustments. To align the heads you have to remove front fascia panel no, access holes????? The counter has a magnetic wheel and behind it there is a sensor. It tape reaches the end and stops, the counter stops, the magnetic wheel stops. The sensor detects no movement and stops the play.

Like you said, no room to do anything if you have to change the tape counter belt. But it was fun!!! Hope you got your fixed. Same design for the D model. I just changed the counter belt and it was painful but it did the trick for play and rewind. Wow tried changing belts, didn't attempt to change the counter belt.

Had to figure out there's a bracket that you have to unscrew to change the flywheel one not sure what its called. A magnetic screwdriver would help alot cause its very congested there. Easier to tip player up to screw the bracket up and down as opposed at its side. Had to run the deck for like 5 minutes after i changed the one belt the smaller belt was the wrong one i used the original or the one that was in it.

The deck kept on stopping, auto reversing playing then stopping. Not sure what i did but the time to seat the belts or whatever made it play.

Aligning the heads was a pain, u have to take the silver face off to get at the right adjustment screws, even took the door out. Alot of trial and error, but finally got it to play right. Hi i cant find any info if you can adjust the tape speed. The service manual is of no help. Its frustrating, and theres also a hum when no sound is coming through a song. Thank you, any help would be appreciated. This model uses an AC motor and there is no adjustment. What percentage is it off by?

Is it running too fast or too slow? Did it come from another country where the AC line frequency might have been different? The hum problem could be anything. Reviewed Oct 20th, by electron Very nice deck! Electrically almost the same as the higher model GXCD 1st version. This one is just missing a few little add-ons Can any one inform me as to where I can find the indicator lamp rated 24V, 35mA - Part no. Wow, what a great site. You guys saved my butt.

I found this nice deck on the curb, broken ac selector. I can wire this thing for ACV and crank it up, can't wait to use it for my track recording.
